Sunshine Coast Occupational Therapy Inc. offers you an Occupational Therapist with a 15 years experience working in rehabilitation and geriatric care. Please refer to our biography page for additional specific information regarding our therapist.

Referrals are accepted by family, long term care facilities, hospitals, treatment centers, physicians and specialists and will be wait listed according to particular client's specific needs.

We see adults for assessment and consultation. Type of assessment(s) a client requires will be determined by referral information sent by referral source, and initial observations of client by Please refer to assessments for a complete listing of the type of occupational and physical therapy assessments provided by Sunshine Coast Occupational Therapy Inc. therapist.

Subsequent treatment may be in the form of direct occupational and/or physical therapy, training, or affiliate referral. Please refer to affiliates for additional information regarding affiliate referral.

Following initial assessment, our therapists will meet with you to review treatment recommendations and plan further interventions. Treatment duration will be determined in conjunction with referral source (family, physician, etc) with consideration given to ongoing treatment evaluation by referral source and therapist.

As Sunshine Coast Occupational Therapy Inc. is an evidence based service, ongoing evaluation by therapist, in conjunction with discussion with referral source will determine treatment cessation.

Phase 1 - Assessment
   $500
   This includes: data intake, assessments, analysis, program design, reports, consultaion meeting
   with referral source, and intervention planning.

Phase 2 - Intervention
   $100/hour
   This includes: program implementation, training, equipment trials, and team meetings.

Phase 3 - Evaluation
   $100/hour
   This includes: re-assessments, and consultation.
